In his role, Ron partners closely with plan sponsors to support effective plan design, ensure ongoing compliance, and oversee day-to-day administration. He collaborates with 401(k) plan recordkeepers and third-party administrators to help streamline operations and maintain regulatory integrity. Ron proactively helps clients address and navigate complex compliance requirements.
